Mandee Work Co., Ltd., the management company of artists under the DOMUNDI label, has officially confirmed that legal proceedings are underway to address severe online harassment, defamation, and life-threatening conduct targeting multiple artists.

The cases involve Chawarin Perdpiriyawong (Nunew), Pruk Panich (Zee Pruk), Harit Buayoi (Keng Harit), and Napatsakorn Pingmuang (Namping).
As a result, authorities are now coordinating with Thailand’s Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau (CCIB) to conduct in-depth digital forensic investigations.
Napatsakorn Pingmuang (Namping): Death Threats and Fabricated “Death” Content on YouTube
Mandee Work confirmed that Namping faced repeated and escalating harassment, primarily on YouTube, including Community Posts and public comments.
According to the evidence collected, the content included:
- Explicit references to killing, beheading, and death
- Images portraying Namping as if he were already deceased
- Posts listing specific dates that resembled fabricated death announcements
- Polls and questions designed to incite violent discussion
- Continuous and repetitive harassment that increased in severity
Because of this, Mandee Work stated that the behavior poses a direct and serious threat to life and personal safety. The company emphasized that such conduct does not qualify as protected speech.
Meanwhile, investigators are examining specific YouTube accounts with consistent language patterns to determine whether they belong to a single individual or a coordinated group.
Harit Buayoi (Keng Harit): Persistent Harassment and Reputation Damage
For Keng Harit, Mandee Work confirmed that evidence shows persistent and repeated online harassment.
Specifically, investigators identified:
- Distortion of factual information
- Defamatory claims presented as so-called “exposés”
- Coordinated posting behavior meant to sustain harmful narratives
Although investigators did not emphasize violent imagery in this case, they determined that the conduct was intentional, malicious, and damaging. Therefore, authorities included it in the broader criminal investigation.
Pruk Panich (Zee Pruk): Defamation and False Accusations on X and TikTok
In the case of Zee Pruk, Mandee Work confirmed that the harassment took the form of defamation, false accusations, and distortion of facts. Most of this activity occurred on X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok.
Investigators identified:
- Repeated circulation of false information
- Derogatory remarks framed as factual “claims”
- Coordinated posting across platforms to amplify narratives
- Long-term harassment affecting both personal life and professional reputation
Consequently, Zee Pruk has already filed a formal criminal complaint through legal counsel at Chanasongkram Police Station. He has also confirmed his intention to pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law, without mediation or settlement.
Chawarin Perdpiriyawong (Nunew): Harassment Escalating to Threats of Physical Harm
Mandee Work also confirmed legal action regarding online attacks targeting Nunew. In this case, the harassment extended beyond reputational damage and escalated into explicit threats to physical safety.
According to official statements:
- Harassers spread defamatory narratives and false accusations
- Certain posts used language implying violence or harm
- The situation caused severe psychological distress to the artist and his family
- Authorities assessed the risk as real and imminent
At present, investigators have traced the offenses mainly to X (Twitter) accounts. However, additional accounts remain under monitoring as the investigation continues.
Criminal Complaints Filed — No Mediation or Settlement
Mandee Work confirmed that formal criminal complaints have been filed with Chanasongkram Police Station. All affected artists have clearly expressed their intention to pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law, without mediation, settlement, or compromise.
In coordination with the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau (CCIB), authorities are now conducting advanced digital forensic analysis. This process includes:
- IP address tracing
- Cross-platform and cross-account linkage analysis
- Device and access history examination
- Behavioral pattern evaluation
Importantly, authorities stated that attempts to evade identification through account deletion or name changes will not prevent legal accountability.
DOMUNDI Reaffirms Zero Tolerance for Online Abuse
Mandee Work and the DOMUNDI management team reaffirmed their commitment to protecting the personal safety, legal rights, reputation, and psychological well-being of all artists under their care.
The company confirmed it will closely monitor each case until the judicial process concludes.
Additionally, Mandee Work urged the public to refrain from sharing harmful or misleading content and to support a safer online environment for artists and fans alike.
