The Thai BL scene is buzzing with excitement as fan-favorite duo Tutor Koraphat Lamnoi and Yim Prarinyakorn Kansawa announce their latest project. The new series, titled “Cherm Chey The Series,” officially premieres on May 19, 2026. Fans can expect the first official trailer to drop on May 5, giving them their first glimpse of the pair’s latest on-screen chemistry.
A Journey of Healing and Fate
Cherm Chey The Series promises an emotional narrative centered on personal growth and connection. The plot follows a young man who faces a painful betrayal. Determined to escape his past, he leaves his hometown to start fresh.
His journey leads him to a local temple. There, he encounters a mysterious boy who embodies everything he once desired. This meeting sparks a bond between them. The series explores this connection as it develops through raw emotions, new possibilities, and the heavy weight of past regrets. It is a story about finding peace in unexpected places.
Produced by Copy A Bangkok
While Tutor and Yim are staples of the Domundi (DMD) agency, Cherm Chey The Series marks a shift in production. The series is produced by Copy A Bangkok and will air exclusively on TrueVision.
It is important to note that Mandee Channel—the standard drama production arm of Domundi—is not the lead producer here. This collaboration with Copy A Bangkok suggests a fresh directorial vision for the duo. It offers fans a chance to see Tutor and Yim explore new character dynamics outside of their usual production pipeline.
The Rise of Tutor and Yim: From Support to Leads
Tutor and Yim have built a legendary partnership over the years. This project will serve as their third drama as a lead couple.
Their journey together is extensive:
- Supporting Roles: They both appeared in the 2022 hit Cutie Pie and the 2023 drama Bed Friend.
- Lead Roles: They officially debuted as a lead couple in 2023’s Middleman’s Love.
- Ongoing Success: They followed this with Battle of Writers, further cementing their status as a powerhouse pair.
Both artists continue to evolve beyond acting. They are members of the T-Pop boy group DEXX, under DMD Music. The group debuted in June 2025 with the single “Clang Clang.” Their multifaceted talents as actors, singers, and performers have made them a cornerstone of the current Thai BL generation.
As we await the May 5th trailer release, Cherm Chey The Series stands as one of the most anticipated releases of 2026. Boys Love Insider will continue to follow all updates regarding this upcoming premiere.
