On April 3, 2026 Mandee Work (Domundi) officially announced that Jimmy Karn Kritsanaphan and Ohm Thanakrit Chiamchunya have concluded their partnership. Both artists mutually agreed to end their journey as an onscreen pair. Consequently, this decision marks a major shift for the agency’s upcoming lineup.
The Official Announcement and Magic Lover Updates
Mandee Work released a formal statement explaining the change. According to the agency, both actors carefully considered their professional directions before reaching this agreement. Most importantly, the company reached this conclusion based on mutual respect and understanding.
Because of this split, Magic Lover Series will undergo significant changes. Originally, the pair filmed a pilot for the fantasy drama in 2025. However, the agency confirmed that they will now change the cast. Fans must wait for a further official announcement regarding the new lead actors.
A Heartfelt Farewell: Ohm’s Letter to Fans
Following the announcement, Ohm Thanakrit shared a deeply emotional letter to the “JimmyOhm” fandom. He admitted to sharing in the fans’ grief, revealing that he also cried during this transition.
“Thank you for every single memory we’ve shared throughout our journey as ‘JimmyOhm.’ I will never ever forget them… Even though there is no longer ‘JimmyOhm’ today, I still believe that JimmyOhm will forever remain in each of everyone’s hearts.”
Ohm also addressed Jimmy directly with a touching tribute:
“To the coolest P’Jimmy, thank you so, so much for everything. You’ve helped me grow… you have made me happier during a chapter of my life. I will treasure every moment we’ve had together. I’ll be cheering you on from afar. Keep going, Big doggo.”
Jimmy’s Message: “He Deserves the Best”
Jimmy Karn kept his message brief but supportive, focusing on Ohm’s future happiness and career. He expressed a selfless wish for his former partner to find a new path that complements him perfectly.
“I wish for Ohm to have a partner in the future who can walk the same path together and complement each other in the best way possible, and I truly believe he deserves that.”
A Look Back at the JimmyOhm Journey
Jimmy and Ohm first captured the public’s attention in 2024. They became an onscreen couple through the reality show DMD Friendship the Reality: It Takes Two. Their chemistry quickly led them to high-profile roles. For instance, they played a major couple in the 2025 hit drama The Next Prince. In that series, Jimmy starred as Prince Ramil while Ohm played his loyal confidant, Paitay.
Currently, both actors are pursuing their higher education alongside their careers. Ohm graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a degree in Communication Arts. Meanwhile, Jimmy is studying at Kasetsart University in the Faculty of Humanities. Although they are moving forward individually, their impact on the Domundi fandom remains significant.
