Frank Thanatsaran Samthonglai officially announced the conclusion of his partnership with Earth Kantachote via his X (formerly Twitter) account. Although the duo formed approximately one year ago and enjoyed consistent fan support, they never officially starred in a series together during their time as a branded pair.
In a heartfelt statement, Frank clarified that the decision was amicable. He noted that he had been appearing “a little down” recently but wanted to reassure fans that there is no conflict between the two.
“Frank and Earth are no longer partners, and there’s no problem between us. We’re still good friends and love each other just the same. We’re simply going our separate ways to grow and develop,” Frank shared.

The Future of “Neptune in the Sky”
The announcement has left many questions regarding the upcoming BL drama “Neptune in the Sky.” Last year, the production announced both Frank and Earth as lead actors for the series.
As of now, the production company has not issued a statement regarding a potential casting change. It remains unclear when the series will air or if Earth will remain in the role opposite Frank or a different partner.
A Look at Frank’s Career Journey
Frank Thanatsaran is a well-established figure in the BL industry. He began his acting career under GMMTV in 2017 and rose to fame with his leading role in the 2018 hit “My Tee” (also known as Cause You’re My Boy). He later left GMMTV in 2021 to complete his mandatory military service.
In recent years, he has gained significant popularity for his recurring onscreen partnership with Long Lee, starring in projects such as:
- Love Syndrome III (2023)
- Crazy Handsome Rich (2023)
- OMG! Vampire (2024)
Frank’s most recent BL acting role was as Atom in the 2024 series “The Rebound”. Since then, he has not starred in a BL project as a main actor, making the eventual status of Neptune in the Sky a major point of interest for his global fanbase.
