The legal dispute between Chinese actor Seeky Li (Li Peien) and his former agency Hema Entertainment has entered a decisive phase. According to verified court documents shared by the Nong Jian sisters, the creative duo behind the ABO Desire series and CEOs of Yishuangerduo Entertainment, the first-instance ruling has favored Seeky Li.

Court Officially Terminates Contract and Orders Payment
The People’s Court ruled that the exclusive artist management contract between Seeky Li and Zhejiang Hema Entertainment Co., Ltd. is officially terminated. The decision also requires Hema Entertainment to pay RMB 90,407.55 in overdue remuneration owed to the actor.
At the same time, the court dismissed all counterclaims filed by Hema Entertainment while only partially denying Seeky Li’s compensation request. This result represents a major victory for the actor, legally confirming the end of his former contract.

Nong Jian Sisters Share Official Judgment and Support Seeky Li
The Nong Jian sisters, who serve as writers and producers of the ABO Desire series, publicly expressed their support for Seeky Li through an emotional Weibo statement. Alongside their message, they shared the official court judgment, stamped with the People’s Court red seal, confirming the contract termination and the ordered repayment.
In their post, they described the difficult circumstances Seeky Li faced under Hema Entertainment, including mental pressure, unpaid earnings, and unfair treatment. They also emphasized the courage it took for the actor to stand up against industry exploitation, turning his personal struggle into a symbol of resilience.
The Actor’s Ordeal Before His Legal Breakthrough
Before this ruling, Seeky Li reportedly endured long periods of stress and professional suppression. Nong Jian revealed that he was once scolded by his agent late at night for not sending a birthday red envelope, while still being denied fair pay for his performances in major productions such as Long Moon Ember Ming.
At one point, his monthly earnings were less than that of a service worker, and he had to rely on family support to cover basic living expenses. With time, therapy, and encouragement from friends and colleagues—including the ABO Desire team—Seeky Li gradually recovered and decided to pursue justice.
Appeal Process Underway
Although the first trial largely ruled in Seeky Li’s favor, he has appealed the verdict seeking a complete resolution and full compensation. The second hearing has already concluded, and the final result is now pending.
Meanwhile, the Nong Jian sisters and the ABO Desire production team extended their appreciation to brands and partners who supported Li throughout his ordeal—among them Guerlain France and the DESIRE4 group, under which he continues his acting career.
A New Chapter for Seeky Li and ABO Desire
Today, Seeky Li stands as a symbol of perseverance in China’s entertainment industry. Best known internationally for portraying Gao Tu in ABO Desire, he continues his work under Yishuangerduo Entertainment, led by the Nong Jian sisters.
With ABO Desire redefining Chinese BL storytelling through its bold omegaverse world, this legal victory not only marks Seeky Li’s personal liberation but also reinforces the ongoing mission of Yishuangerduo—to protect creative freedom and artistic integrity.
